Back to school!

Today was the first day of school for my big kids.  I can't believe the summer has come and gone so quickly!  Jeff is the early riser in our house, and when he went downstairs after his shower, Brayden was already dressed, complete with shoes!  He's usually the one dragging in our house!  Leila was still getting dressed.  Both kids had already eaten breakfast by 6:30 when I got out of bed.  Guess they were a bit excited!

Leila started the 3rd grade today!  She told us she really likes her teacher, and they just got to know each other today. 

Brayden started Kindergarten!!!  So hard to believe he is in "real" school now!  He told us he liked it, but he was unhappy they didn't get to play inside "'cause they had to work".  He is so funny!

After school we went to DQ to pick up a treat, then went to get little E.  I'm so glad they had a good first day of school!  Hope it continues to be fun for them!
